SATO Select is a comprehensive suite of services built to make sure you’re getting peak performance and continuity of operation for your SATO printers. Acquiring SATO Select ensures high-quality repair and maintenance services so customers are operating SATO products at the level they have come to expect.

Teams of factory-trained technicians deliver telephone, onsite and workshop services to ensure your business continuity and satisfaction.

Onsite service plans

When buying online, service plans are available at the time of printer purchase.

SATO Select onsite service agreements can be purchased on an annual basis or in a multi-year contract. In the event of malfunction or breakdown, service plans serve as “insurance” for your equipment.

A simple call or email to the dispatch center puts a service team in motion. SATO’s field service engineer will come to your location with an inventory of parts, ready to perform the required repair. Service is available throughout the United States.

Onsite plans are available in 1, 3 and 5-year commitments.

Services provided under onsite service contracts include:

  • Parts, labor and travel charges (excluding print heads)
  • Two preventive maintenance checks
  • Unlimited service calls
  • Technical support assistance from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m., Mon-Fri (excluding holidays)
  • Onsite service from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Mon-Fri (excluding holidays)

Depot service plans

When buying online, service plans are available at the time of printer purchase.

SATO Select depot service agreements are annual maintenance contracts for return-to-factory repair services for SATO printers. This program allows you to continue receiving the highest level of service and support beyond your standard manufacturer’s warranty period.

Fill out the support form or call SATO America to receive your return authorization. Highly-trained SATO technicians will get your printer back in your hands repaired, tested, cleaned and ready for deployment in 5 business days.

Choose a 2- or 3-year cost-effective service option that fits your business needs.

  • Genuine parts and labor
  • Print head coverage
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Five-day turnaround
  • Accidental physical damage*
  • Free mechanical updates

*Accidental physical damage is limited to cosmetic damages and does not include coverage for severe abuse or liquid immersion.
