Learn how to install a wireless LAN module in your WS4-TT printer by following this step-by-step guide.

Step 1: Dismantle the printer
Before installing the wireless LAN module, you must remove certain components of the printer.
- Open the top cover.
- Loosen and remove the two screws on each side of the tear bar.
- Remove the tear bar.
- Loosen and remove the four screws securing the middle frame.
- Remove the middle frame along with the top cover.
- Loosen and remove the four screws securing the print module.
- Move the print module aside to access the space below the main board.
Step 2: Install and connect the wireless LAN module
Once you have dismantled the necessary parts, follow these steps to install and connect the module:
- Plug the reflective sensor cable into the reflective sensor port of the wireless LAN card.

- Align the two screw holes on the wireless LAN card with the two screw holes below the main board on the lower-right side. Secure the card with two screws.

- Connect the wireless LAN cable 1 (white connector) to J13, the white port located on the lower-right of the main board.
- Connect the wireless LAN cable 2 (black connector) to J15, the black port located on the lower-right of the main board.
- Remove the backing tape from the wireless LAN antenna card and stick it beside the panel board (LED board).
- Use the clip to fasten the antenna card.
- Attach the antenna to the antenna port.

Step 3: Reassemble the printer
After installing the module, reassemble the printer by following these steps:
- Reinstall the print module and secure it with four screws.
- Reinstall the middle frame along with the top cover and secure it with four screws.
- Reinstall the tear bar and secure it with two screws.
- Close the top cover.
