Caution:
- Before the installation, be sure to power off the product and disconnect the power cord.
Required tools:
- Phillips screwdriver (JIS #2 or equivalent)
Step 1: Remove the left housing cover
- Remove the screw (1).
- Slide and lift to remove the left housing cover (2).
Note:
When removing the left housing cover, make sure that the cover does not touch the PCB to avoid deforming the components of the PCB.
Step 2: Attach the EXT PCB
- Attach the EXT PCB (3).
- Tighten four screws (4) to secure the EXT PCB.
Step 3: Connect the EXT signal cable
- Connect the EXT signal cable (5) to the CN3 connector on the EXT PCB (3).
- Connect the other end of the EXT signal cable (5) to the EXT connector on the main (CONT) PCB.
Step 4: Reattach the left housing cover
- Attach the left housing cover (2).
- Tighten the screw (1).
Note:
- Align the catches of the cover to the circled position and slide the cover in the arrow direction.
- When attaching the cover, be careful not to pinch the cables.
Checking after the installation
- Power on the product.
- Confirm that the time (hh:mm) is displayed on the right top corner of the LCD screen.
