RFID module automatic detection
When the RFID kit is installed, the printer automatically enables the RFID function upon startup.
- If the RFID kit is installed, [RFID] appears in the [Interface] menu of Settings mode.
- If the RFID kit is removed, the [RFID] option disappears from the menu.
Troubleshooting:
- If the buzzer sounds six times when the printer is powered on, the RFID module is detected but cannot communicate.
- If an “RFID System Error” occurs, check all connections and restart the printer.
- If the printer receives RFID commands but the module is not installed, a command error or NAK response will be returned.
